Painting Process Engineering Specialist (Maranello)

In order to strengthen our Painting Team, we are looking for a Painting Process Engineering Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).
Responsibilities: Manage new processes regarding equipment industrialization and product development, focusing on the Painting Process.Work closely with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality Department to evaluate process feasibility and develop new products, equipment, and machinery.Monitor and resolve documentary issues during material receipt.Oversee the implementation of new equipment from concept to series production phase.Supervise the start-up production phase collaborating with manufacturing and quality to guarantee required volumes and quality standards.Manage suppliers regarding equipment provision.Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D to evaluate the Process Risk Assessment table and critical issues of the assembly and testing process of new engines.Qualifications: You will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master's degree in an Engineering field and gained at least 4-5 years of dedicated experience in Painting Manufacturing Processes.
In Ferrari, you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-changing environment, think analytically, and possess attention to detail and critical thinking ability. Fluent English is required for the position.
