Painting Process Engineering Specialist (Maranello)

In order to strengthen our Painting Team, we are looking for a Painting Process Engineering Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).
In this position, you will be responsible for managing new processes regarding equipment industrialization and product development, focusing on the Painting Process.
You will work closely with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality Departments to evaluate process feasibility and develop new products, equipment, and machinery.
As part of the team, you will be:
Monitoring and resolving documentary issues during material receipt.Monitoring the implementation of new equipment (tools, reference templates, control gauges, leak test systems, etc.) from concept to series production phase.Supervising the start-up production phase, collaborating with manufacturing and quality to guarantee the required volumes and quality standards.Managing suppliers regarding the equipment provided.Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and R&D to evaluate the Process Risk Assessment table and the critical issues of the assembly and testing process of new engines.In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master's degree in an Engineering field; you will have gained at least 4-5 years of dedicated experience in Painting Manufacturing Processes.

Fluent English is required for the position.
