Our agency client is looking to bring on a remote, part time Paid Media Specialist who has worked on ecommerce clients before.
This role is part time8-12 hours per week (3-4 month assignment)
PaidMedia Specialist This role requires a specialist who can handle primarilypaid advertising.The need is for lesscontent creation and more someone who can develop how we can use the various campaign types to achieve client identified goals.They need to be able to QC work of white label agency.The focus here is Paid Social for Ecommerce clients OR really good experience with Advantage + campaigns (prefer ecommerce, but if they can show a demonstrated expertise in using the campaign to drive results with examples of what they have learned).Paid Advertising:
Meta Ads Manager: Expertise in creating, targeting, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and potentially other Meta platforms. Specific understanding of how to leverage the Meta's Advantage Plus Audience capabilities.
Campaign Management: Experience in setting budgets, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing campaign data to optimize results.
Conversion Tracking: Understanding of how to set up conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness based on defined goals (e.g., website visits, purchases).
Organic Content Creation (TikTok): (this is a nice to have and not a hard requirement) TikTok Trends & Best Practices: Deep understanding of current TikTok trends, content formats, and best practices for organic reach and engagement.
Video Editing & Production: Ability to create high-quality, engaging video content for TikTok using editing software.
Community Management: Experience in responding to comments, interacting with followers, and building a community on TikTok.
Content Strategy: Understanding of how to develop a content calendar for TikTok that aligns with brand voice and target audience.
Additional Skills: Social Media Analytics: Ability to understand and interpret social media data to inform content and campaign decisions.
Copywriting: Strong writing skills to craft compelling captions and ad copy for various platforms.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent English language communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams (marketing, design) and external vendors.
Guide the delivery team: Coordinate with the social media delivery team to ensure that they have the right information and data to execute the campaigns.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36.85 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
