MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIESSupport, from a packaging technical perspective, Product Development, Planning, Quality and Trade Marketing to deliver targets of new products development and upgrades, cost saving, efficiency, quality, complaints reduction.Contract manufacturers management including making, filling and packing planning and execution within cost and time constraints.Packaging development and upgrades, including KPI's definition and packaging materials choice.Packaging components production planning and execution within cost and time constraints.Definition of the full supply chain, including search for new suppliers and contract manufacturers, for raw materials and new process technologies and management of existing partners.Packaging specifications generation and supervision of qualification and validation tests.Collection of both pack and product cost to produce the complete cost card from initial estimate to suppliers' offer.CapEx budget management, limited to packaging related tooling.Liaise the Product Development team with suppliers for sampling and mock-ups requests linked to new product developments.REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of the interrelationship of product, process and packaging, materials (for example: knowledge of technical dossier creation process or technical specification files).Broad knowledge of packaging materials (paper, glass, plastic will be preferred) and corresponding suppliers.Project management skills, flexibility and collaboration attitude; ability to work under stress is a plus.Luxury attitude, sensitiveness for the product quality.Fluent English, additional languages are a plus.Good level of use of MS Excel, MS Project, ERP systems (SAP) will be a plus.
