PA/QA ENGINEER You'll collaborate with a brilliant team to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions for different projects of advanced satellite systems and space vehicles.
*Key Responsibilities* Conduct thorough inspections of aerospace components and assemblies.Develop and implement quality control plans.Support and oversee the Assembly, Integration, and Test activities of spacecraft.Manage non-conformances, deviations, critical items control, and quality records generation.Prepare PA/QA documentation for program reviews (Nonconformance reports, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Declared Lists, Mission-Specific PA Plans, Safety Data Package).Guide the selection, evaluation, and control of External Providers, and generate Mechanical Parts, Materials, Processes, and Components control processes in accordance with the required standards for the specific project.Work with mechanical and systems engineers to ensure effective and efficient processes.Analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Assist in audits and reviews.*Preferred Skills* Analytical ThinkingControls TestingCorporate GovernanceQuality Assurance (QA)Quality SupportSoftware TestingTest Case DevelopmentUsability Testing*Requirements* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the aerospace industry as a PA/QA Engineer, including work on satellites and mini-satellites.Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).Knowledge of standard industrial quality control tools.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using quality management software.Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.A strong foundation in aerospace or related engineering fields (BS or MS).A passion for space exploration and a knack for problem-solving.Experience with spacecraft or launch vehicle systems, especially small satellites or CubeSats.A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities.Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.Car equipped.Why join us?
