Within the Group P&C & Reinsurance Officer unit in the Group Head Office, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
In particular, the selected candidate will be part of the technical stream that has the main responsibility to steer, monitor, and control the P&C SMEs, Corporate and Commercial portfolios with a particular involvement in Cyber Risks.
Key Responsibilities: Detail best practices in P&C commercial pricing and portfolio management and support the relevant implementation of monitoring frameworks and activities.
Monitor and challenge Group Business Units' technical performances and action plans, and suggest corrective measures when required.
Provide ad-hoc support to Group Business Units, ensuring best practices sharing as well as facilitating capability building.
Cyber Risks Activities: Develop, define, and ensure the implementation of the Cyber Group technical standards (e.g., guidelines, technical measures), in line with the Group strategy.
Monitor Group's Affirmative and Silent Cyber exposure.
Liaise with the Cyber Insurance function (Center of Competence of Generali Group) to define and update guidelines and technical measures on cyber risk.
Provide ad-hoc support to Group Business Units, ensuring best practices sharing as well as facilitating capability building.
Requirements: Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel).
Exposure to SQL and VBA.
Excellent analytical skills.
Italian and English working proficiency.
Nice to Have: Background in P&C technical insurance aspects.
2-4 years experience in cyber insurance underwriting.
Other languages.
Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication.
Strong ability to work as part of a team, interacting with all internal and/or external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurship/accountability.
