P&C Business Analyst - Maternity Cover

Job DescriptionWithin the Group PC Retail Insurance and Technical Control function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Steer the implementation of the local technical actions plans to deliver on financial ambition via the periodic monitoring of the evolution of the main technical KPIs (such as average earned premium, risk premium, claims frequency and average claim cost), with a focus on Non-Motor businessVerify the consistency between industrial KPIs and financial performanceSteer the portfolio mix by means of the portfolio monitoring process, defining and ensuring the implementation of the related technical standardsCoordinate the interaction with specific Business Units/Legal Entities, concerning PC business related topicsProvide technical support to other GHO functions/BUsEnsure general compliance of rules within PC Retail perimeterMonitor the main technical KPIs and challenge BUs' technical actions plans and performanceProduce reports and presentations at local and at Group consolidated level for the Group top management, in particular as support material for the quarterly Group results disclosuresFocus on the consistency's check between technical and financial indicatorsCoordinate the portfolio monitoring process at Group level via the dedicated web-based platformRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Master/Bachelor's in Economics/Scientific fields (e.g.
