SALARY RANGE: €800/Month DURATION: 6 -12 months with potential job offer after START DATE: Mid November/December What you'll do: This role reports into our Global HR & Legal Manager and is a perfect opportunity for a career starter to get 360 insights on how everything works regarding payroll, legal, and HR compliance in a global setting and fast-paced startup environment. Your main tasks will include:
Be the right hand to ensure all our operational processes related to HR platforms are delivered to high standards. Responsible for managing and maintaining high data accuracy in our HRIS platform. Take ownership of ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our new joiners, managing all administrative and organizational tasks. Updating, tracking, and managing our meal vouchers platforms, medical checks, security courses, and any other HR-related tasks across all six countries. Help your team leader restructure and write our policies into the Intranet. Support on the monthly closing and checking of payslips across all six countries. Depending on your seniority and background, help shape our HR legal policies and guidelines across all countries. Support our Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager on any additional projects. What we're looking for: Educational background in European or Italian HR law or related field (previous experience in roles requiring high attention to detail would be a plus). Highly organized. Great attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner and independent. Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. C1 in English and B2 or more in Italian.
