ABOUT THE ROLE JOB TITLE: P&C OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
LOCATION: MILAN (Hybrid)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Curricular / Extracurricular Internship
SALARY RANGE: €800 / Month
DURATION: 6 -12 months with potential job offer after

What you'll do: This role reports into our Global HR & Legal Manager and is a perfect opportunity for a career starter to get the 360 insights on how everything works regarding payroll, legal, and HR compliance in a global setting and fast-paced startup environment.
Your main tasks will include: Be the right hand to ensure all our operational processes related to HR platforms are delivered to super high standards; Responsible for managing and maintaining high data accuracy in our HRIS platform; Take ownership for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our new joiners, managing all administrative and organizational tasks; Across all six countries, update, track, and manage our meal vouchers platforms, medical checks, security courses, and any other HR-related tasks; Help your team leader restructure and write our policies into the Intranet; Support on the monthly closing and checking of payslips across all six countries; Depending on your seniority and background, help shape our HR legal policies and guidelines across all countries.
Support our Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager on any additional projects.
