The
Acquisition Unit
develops strategies aimed at acquiring donors and leads according to the guidelines identified at the international level and reflected in MSF Italy's strategy. In particular, the Unit is responsible for managing and developing the Face To Face acquisition channel, Telemarketing and Direct mailing cold and develop new acquisition opportunities.
The FTF outsourcing and Telemarketing area within the Acquisition Unit aims to acquire donors and leads through the coordination, management and development of the external Face to Face and Telemarketing program.
The
Face to Face Outsourcing and Telemarketing Assistant
supports the management of fundraising activities aimed at acquiring donors and leads through the Face to Face outsourcing and Telemarketing program.
He/she supports the management of external agencies and call centers working with the organization and supports business development and the development of new ways and initiatives functional to the business.
Responsibilities
The
Face to Face Outsourcing and Telemarketing Assistant
:
Contributes to the planning and monitoring of F2F outsourcing and Telemarketing activities in order to achieve set goals;
Provides reports for monitoring and analysis of agencies and call centers activities;
Monitors the flow of donors data between the various exchange platforms with all vendors to ensure all related issues are resolved;
Contributes to testing and/or start up of new external agencies new call centers and/or new vendors for lead acquisition;
Monitors activities of FTF agencies with sample checks and mystery shopping activities;
Collaborates with external and internal donor service to ensure the control and management of donations and revocations through apps and paper forms; guarantees control and archive of paper forms;
Contributes to the trainings for all external agencies and call centers teams;
Contributes to the development and updating communication content for different activities;
Collaborates with FTF house officers for the management of all cross- activities: territories, trainings, materials, travels, partnerships, and for anything else that should become necessary to achieve the objectives;
Manages the documentation required for locations and other administrative documents useful for carrying out FTF activities;
Handles the development of new technical features of data entry platforms to optimize the conduct of the activity.

2 years of proven RF experience of which at least 1 with specific focus on Face to Face and/or Telemarketing activities;

Gross Annual Salary:
28.000€ – max 34.552€ depending on the experience of the selected candidate.
