In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing a sales strategy and plan to grow new opportunities. You will expand/retain existing relationships through effective networking activities including local Chamber meetings, events, cold calling, and visiting clients and prospects face-to-face. You will cover Danbury, Waterbury, Ridgefield, and Oxford. The sales cycle can take up to 6 weeks with an average sale value of $50,000. Much of the sales will be recurring services and will result in continued commission.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities • Identify Sales opportunities within Northern Fairfield County, CT
• Review the sales plan regularly with the leadership team
• Perform cold and warm calls to identify sales opportunities
• Develop a networking strategy to generate sales opportunities
• Develop proposals and pricing for prospected clients
• Maintain a database of all proposals and executed contracts
• Provide consistent recaps of sales leads, conversion rate, and budget requirements
• Work cross-functionally with team to share ideas/ new opportunities
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications • 2+ years of sales experience required
• Microsoft Office Proficiency required
• Personal vehicle with clean driving record required (fuel reimbursement)
