At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.ScopeAs an outbound specialist, you are responsible for the daily Outbound Logistics tasks in the Logistics department of the EMEA Hub, with a direct report to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
You have a good knowledge of all site logistics processes and a good understanding of the market of local forwarders with a huge focus on delivery from the site to the customers using different channels and mixing different types of transportation.
Moreover, you also have a good understanding of the main Customs processes for Import/Export.
You are expected to challenge conventional thinking and explore various perspectives, and to understand the need for data, analysis, and regular reporting for the Supply Chain.
You are responsible for managing the daily operative tasks to manage the daily shipments, while also focusing constantly on continuous improvement.
You cooperate with Ingenico EMEA colleagues speaking in English.You will have a global overview on the outbound and will be accountable for:Daily shipments managementCouriers operations managementDelivery and transport managementMain responsibilitiesManage the daily deliveries and shipments preparationMonitor and coordinate the Subco outbound teamCollaborate with the EMEA logistic teams (in English) in order to secure the SLA agreed with clientsManage the SAP processes related to outbound operationsMonitor and cooperate closely with the transport Companies to ensure they are compliant with the SLA agreed and compare different couriers options in terms of services and costs to be able to select the most efficient one and monitor transport KPIs and take corrective actions to adjust any variationLiaise with the Planning team to get full visibility of the volumes expected to be shipped and provide feedback to them with the shipment statusCheck the monthly invoices from couriers and chase them for all unexpected or unclear valuesProduce and analyze main logistics KPIsSigns of successSupport the success of Supply Chain projects through analysis.
Assess risks, manage timelines, identify deliverables and any required resourcesProvide recommendations to improve organizational performance and identify opportunities, recommend strategy and implement system changes or business process improvements to improve operations and KPIsMaintain best practices to develop data, analysis and standard processesAbility to collaborate across many different groups and communicate with multiple key stakeholders of all levels and CountriesProfileYou have 3+ years experience in logistics, transport planning management, Operations Management, Outbound or related fields.
