Your Role Providing first-line clinical support to doctors who have queries regarding case evaluation, record taking, communication with the technician, case set-up modifications and predictability, aligner troubleshooting, and finishing of orthodontic cases.Working closely with doctors who are new to the ClearCorrect system and providing additional support and assistance with general queries regarding aligner treatment planning and processes.Conducting clinical training for doctors and their clinic support team.Providing ongoing clinical updates and training to the internal sales and marketing teams and supporting any clinical queries that the sales team may encounter during their interactions with the doctors.Working closely with the EMEA Clinical Advisor to provide ongoing feedback and updates from doctors and assist in developing clinical plans and strategies to ensure clinical success in the market.Representing ClearCorrect at educational events and programs, medical meetings, conventions, and exhibitions.Driving success with the ClearCorrect business development by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and set goals.Reviewing and updating educational content.Supporting the sales and marketing teams in interactions with scientific societies.Your Profile Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Graduate doctor of Dentistry or equivalent.Orthodontics and/or experience with aligner orthodontics is an advantage.Postgraduate business studies is also an advantage.DDS/DMD/BDS (foreign or domestic).2+ years of work experience, of which at least 2 years in a clinical environment or as a setup technician.Experience in providing training to dentists and orthodontists is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills.Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer-centric.Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.Fluent in Italian and English.At Straumann, we are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment that values and respects diversity in all its forms.
