Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Organizational and Talent Development Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement within our company.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership to design and implement strategies that foster a positive work culture, enhance employee performance, and support our company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Organizational Effectiveness :
• Conduct thorough organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.
• Manage and update the global Job Catalogue and the Job descriptions for each role.
• Maintain updated the RACI Matrix for each global function.
2.
Global People and Organizational development processes: • Collaborate with leadership to identify leadership development needs.
• Develop and implement programs to nurture leadership capabilities, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance overall organizational effectiveness, including structural changes and process improvements, and talent management strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with our values and mission with specific focus on DE&I strategy.
• Implement initiatives to celebrate achievements, reinforce core values, and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and leadership development
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Certification in organizational development or related field is a plus.
