We are looking for a talented professional to join the Organization Function in a key managerial role, supporting the company in implementing and coordinating strategic projects and managing Management Systems. The candidate will work closely with the Operations Director and internal teams to ensure organizational processes are efficient, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the implementation of strategic business projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing internal company projects: Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new management systems, improve organizational processes, and ensure project goals are achieved. Financing and grants activities: Identify funding opportunities, prepare documentation for calls for funding and contributions, manage the progress of funded projects, and ensure compliance with administrative requirements. Support to the Operations Director: Collaborate on strategic planning, manage operational priorities, and provide analysis and reports to improve business performance. Internal communication: Implement internal communication strategies, develop tools to optimize information flow, and improve employee engagement. Quality and safety audits: Organize and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, contributing to continuous improvement. Management Systems: Manage company management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards). Ensure the update and compliance of management systems with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Supervise documentation related to management systems, including manuals, procedures, and operational instructions. Coordinate activities for monitoring, verification, and continuous improvement of Management Systems, in collaboration with different departments. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards) and related implementation and auditing methodologies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset. Experience in managing funding and grants will be considered a plus. Ability to work independently and in teams, with flexibility and adaptability.
