Working with our clients we help them define change strategies to transform their working structures and processes, drive adoption and deliver the expected return on their digital workplace strategy.Skills and experiencesSkills and experiences:Experience of supporting the delivery of change and transformation projects, either within industry or a consultancy.Working knowledge and experience across different sectors and industries and the various scenarios and drivers creating the need for change.Involvement on the development and delivery of change and transformation strategies, associated implementation plans, business cases, and operating and governance structures.Excellent PowerPoint and visual development skills.
