Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Organizational Change Management Analyst is responsible for supporting organizational change management activities within all Arthrex sites in support of global programs/projects. The individual drives all aspects of the implementation of a change management plan that is leveraged for key regional and global initiatives, working under the direction of a Change Manager, and within an overall Change Management Office governance structure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the operation of Organizational Change Management team with regional and/or global projects. Support the OCM Manager as needed. Support and deliver Arthrex's Change Management standard methodology, tools, and templates to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project. Monitor project adherence to the Change Management plan and drive the applicable work streams which may include communications, training and change readiness. Ensure business readiness using effective communications and training. Responsible for drafting and executing OCM and communications plan. Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required. Education and Experience:
2 years professional work experience in related field required. 1 year professional experience in change management, training and/or communications required. Certified Prosci Change Management Methodology or similar certification preferred. Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Ability to work independently and interact effectively with at all organizational levels. Strong and effective interpersonal skills including verbal and written communications. Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively. Motivated self-starter. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to effectively write and record data and information as required by procedures.
