RINA is currently recruiting for an Organic Certification Technical Manager to join its office in Bologna (Casalecchio di Reno) within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
MissionThe resource will collaborate with the organic scheme leader in the management of the organic scheme, involved in the decision of the organic certification process and in the management and control of organic certification practices.
Key AccountabilitiesCollaboration with the organic scheme leader in the management of the organic scheme (e.g., non-conformities management, modification of organic technical documents, coordination of regional offices, etc.
)Involvement in the decision of the organic certification process (certification committee - issue of certificates, non-conformities, etc.
)Management and control of organic certification practicesEducationBachelor's Degree
High School Diploma/GED in Agriculture/Agronomy/Food Technology
QualificationsDiploma or degree in the agri-food field (agriculture, food technologies, etc.
)Experience in the management and control of certification schemes (minimum three years).Quality Management System lead auditor qualification (40 hours)Courses in organic certification schemes (Reg UE 2018/848, Reg.
CE 834/07, Reg CE 889/07, etc.
