What you will do Main Activities For a cluster of customers He/She will be responsible for:
Customer management end to endThe entire order flow, from order entry to deliverySales condition entry & updateCustomer master data maintenanceLogistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot ManagementClaim management and related credit/debit note flowFlow Analysis and Projects managementWhat you need to succeed Must have Accounting Background (bachelor in Economics or similar)3/5 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a modern and structured CompanyGood knowledge of business intelligence and reporting systemExperience in reporting and PPT presentationDeep knowledge of Microsoft ExcelGood knowledge of Microsoft Word and PPTGood SAP knowledgeFluent ItalianStrong team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environmentNice to have A good level of EnglishHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
