- Order Management: Oversee the complete order cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Quotation Preparation: Generate precise and timely quotations tailored to customer needs. - Management and updating of price lists, - Billing: Manage all billing operations, ensuring invoices are correct and dispatched promptly. - Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints efficiently, aiming to enhance satisfaction and retain customer loyalty. - Warranty Management: Handle warranty claims and related customer service issues to ensure a seamless experience for customers. - Client Relations: Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring top service quality. - Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for data management, report preparation, and communication. - Language Skills: Communicate proficiently in English with both international clients and partners.

**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in customer service or order management.
- Use of ERP for invoicing incoming orders (knowledge of the Team System environment is useful)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Preference will be given to knowledge of a second language (German or French).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
