As one of the world's leading providers of analytical instrumentation, Bruker strives to continue to fully meet the needs of its customers and to develop cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to today's analytical challenges.We are currently offering a 1-year opportunity as an Order Coordinator (m/f/d) for our location in Milan, Italy.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Support for the SAP Hana transition team.Check the status of orders to decide whether or not to keep them in the SAP system.Support for key users in the transition to SAP HANA.Convert SAP quotations into sales orders.Create SAP customer invoices.Check closely that all the required documents are in place for each order.Update the SFDC tool with the SAP order number and information on the documents required.Work closely with the Front Office and the team of quotation specialists.All other tasks aimed at improving efficiency.Support for the same functions as those mentioned in the job description for other regions.Maintain an excellent knowledge of Bruker products.Other tasks can be defined which are broadly in line with the above tasks and objectives.QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or significant experience in order processing with SAP, SFDC.Italian language (native) and English (min.
