About the role: We are looking for an Internal Sales in our Oracle business unit. The person will be responsible for processes and vendor pricing, managing all quotes and closing orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio.
Responsibilities: Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction.
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solutions and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company.
Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements.
Manage customer backorders along with specialist knowledge and engage in "intelligent project fishing."
In AS, either manage projects end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements.
Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
Drive sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is required.
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated, and ensure active closure of opportunities.
Knowledge Skills and Experience: A knowledge of Oracle product set would be essential.
3+ years of experience.
Numerate with good attention to detail.
Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
Priority management and planning skills.
Strive to achieve set targets.
Understand Sales Process.
Good relationship building.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
Fluent in Italian and English.
