We are currently seeking a highly organized and responsible Oracle Functional Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge technologies and should be proficient in Oracle Financials, Purchasing, and additional modules.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct analysis, design, and development to generate essential requirements, functional specifications, and supportive artifacts for system development efforts within the business unit(s). Serve as an analytical asset for the IT Finance & Human Resources Oracle & SaaS application development & support teams. Provide expertise in IT projects centered on Financials, Procurement, Human Resources, and other related functions. Support existing applications while addressing ad hoc business data/system requirements. Design and implement data roadmaps for new product releases and business demands. Apply expertise in Oracle EBS to achieve competitive advantage and efficiency. Collaborate with IT and Business teams to gather and document requirements. Lead functional strategy sessions, facilitate gap-fit analysis, and define solutions. Develop project documentation and collaborate with project managers to ensure timely execution. Demonstrate strong communication skills and facilitate meetings, articulating technical concepts clearly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and related modules. Experience with Oracle AIM methodology and strong understanding of project management principles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts. Prior experience in a project management or lead role is preferred. Strong grasp of Metrics and KPI concepts, particularly focused on Finance functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades or cloud migration. Experience with BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, or Discoverer. Relevant Oracle certifications, such as Oracle EBS Functional Consultant, are a plus. What do we offer?
