**JOB PURPOSE**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive **Oracle business strategy** aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Provide **visionary leadership** to the Oracle team and contribute to the company's long-term success.
- Relationship and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the "Trusted Advisor"
- ** Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Oracle professionals**, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and ensure the **successful deployment of Oracle solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of** Oracle projects **within established timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement scalable and effective Oracle solutions.
- Ensure that Oracle solutions align with business objectives and adhere to industry best practices.
- Manage the Oracle business** budget**, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering projects within financial constraints.
- Drive revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing client relationships.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 4+ years of experience in the IT industry** with channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background
- ** Complete knowledge of all job functions** and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards.
- Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling
- Strategic planning and business case development
- Experience of working within a matrix structure
- Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment
- Business planning experience with strong operational cadence
