The Oracle Application Analyst at Vertiv will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions with a focus on Inventory and Manufacturing modules. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes, system architecture, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
What kind of work will you be doing?
Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EBS solutions for Inventory (including Oracle WMS) and Manufacturing modules. Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with business requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement within the Inventory and Manufacturing domains. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Oracle EBS implementations, ensuring system stability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle EBS modules. Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Oracle EBS projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met. Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle EBS Inventory, WMS and Manufacturing modules. Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features, functionalities, and industry trends. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. 20% travelling required. What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?
Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, with a focus on Inventory and Manufacturing modules. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex Oracle EBS projects in large enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture, configuration, and integration with other systems. Proficiency in Oracle EBS (or equivalent ERP system) modules related to Inventory (including WMS), Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement. Good understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other Oracle development tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
