Optics Transformation and Automation LeadItaly (Hybrid)
The team you will be a part of NI Optical service practice is part of NI services, Service Engineering organization and covers customer service for Optical networks in different areas such as network design, integration, transformation, migration, and developing and delivering innovative solutions for digital transformation such as Digital Twin, Digital process automation, and advanced reporting.
Generates revenue and increases customer satisfaction through expert planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimizing, and operating optical networks.
Defines and drives the universal delivery model and coordinates resource planning and management across different teams, pre-packaging service solutions, and ensuring proper distribution within the engineering community.
As an optics engineering automation & transformation expert, you'll cover a critical role within NI Optical services, aimed at defining, developing, and expanding the usage of automation within the optical professional services' global engineering community.
The role will be responsible for scouting, engaging, defining, and developing solutions for automation that align with our strategic objectives, enhancing our offerings and market creation in the automation space.
