Responsibilities: Planning, scheduling and giving maximum priority to Depot Maintenance activities. Timing them as first goal. Reporting Depot maintenance activities status and follow up. Keep always Production teams informed about scheduled time slots. Interface between maintenance team leaders, retrofit teams, engineering teams and all kind of external company teams. Supervision/coordination of maintenance activities on all trains in workshop according to fixed time slots during planning meetings. Keep always a general and updated overview about crucial spare parts availability. Being informed about workshop infrastructure status, especially about needed special tools to carry maintenance activity out. Check production team workload under control, in order to ensure the best saturation as possible. Verification of compliance with time slots planned for all ordinary maintenance train cycle (hand over in, servicing, maintenance, internal cleaning, pre-service check and hand over out). Verification of compliance with scheduled departure and arrival time in Depot. Check and reporting of all delay reasons. Translating production and commercial service issues within working orders. Bringing into default planning items special requests coming from all project teams and scheduling them using SAP system. Reporting all cumulated delays and root causes of them. Analysing delaying issues in order to better perform in similar future circumstances. Interfacing with Supply Chain team. Using Indus evaluation KPI to check and optimize Prod workload on shift, according to planning scheduled. Attendance to any extraordinary planning meeting to face contingency. Creating and releasing of notification and service orders related to corrective activities and preventive ones, if required. Optimize fleet maintenance planning based on availability KPI target and identify possible backup solutions when needed to reach the target. Measure and monitor planning efficiency and propose continuous improvement. Requirements: Engineering Degree or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in process supervision/management and production environment. Previous experience in planning (railway or airway or production). Strong maintenance process knowledge. Work experience in ECM management, railways and train system instruction/knowledge, ECM rules knowledge will be considered a plus. Good IT skills, especially SAP (CS/PM modules) and Microsoft Office Package. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Flexibility in daily work and resilience in critical situations. Ability to make decisions, sense of urgency: sets priorities and reacts immediately when confronted with a problem. Good knowledge of English and Local Language. Type of contract: Permanent
