Purpose of Position: Support the activity of Chocolate Laboratory in the Research and Development department. Main activities / responsibilities: Assist in Chocolate Pilot Plant Assist R&D by collecting and evaluating raw materials Maintenance of the samples inventory and general laboratories activities Performing key technical analysis of samples (rheology, fat content) Performing other duties as assigned Requisitions: High school diploma Good knowladge of MS Office Organized, systematic & autonomous; good communication and relational skills; analytical and time optimization skills; willingness to work in a dynamic and international context. #J-18808-Ljbffr
