Purpose of Position: Support the activity of Chocolate Laboratory in the Research and Development department. Main activities / responsibilities:Assist in Chocolate Pilot PlantAssist R&D by collecting and evaluating raw materialsMaintenance of the samples inventory and general laboratories activitiesPerforming key technical analysis of samples (rheology, fat content)Performing other duties as assignedRequisitions: High school diplomaGood knowladge of MS Office Organized, systematic & autonomous; good communication and relational skills; analytical and time optimization skills; willingness to work in a dynamic and international context.
