The Operations team is responsible for all the core areas of UPS Healthcare's business, managing warehouse processes, Inventory and Customer Service & Data Management activities. What your responsibilities will be: Ensuring that the operations performed at the facility (reception, inspection receipt, storage, VAS, picking and shipping) are made in accordance with the approved procedures/ work instructions and in compliance with the EU GMP/ EU GDP guidelines.Managing and organizing all activities in an efficient and productive way, in accordance with ISO 13485 and UPS HLD standards, and in compliance with EU GMP/ EU GDP guidelines.Conducting performance reviews of assigned department.Controlling and optimizing operational aspects of warehouse.Reporting of day-to-day activities.Dealing with internal and external (customer) issue(s) effectively.Acting as back-up for Supervisor in case of absence. Skills: Knowledge of GMP and/or GDP guidelines is an advantage.Min. 2 years' experience in warehousing.Knowledge of various computer systems.Able to work within time-limits (deadlines).Experience in supervision.
