**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create production plans, logistics plan, material plans and work-in-progress inventory rationalization in order to improve service levels and optimize working capital. It requires to work with other parts of Operations (manufacturing, planning, procurement, product management) to streamline end-to-end processes. Each day you will exploit data (sales, stock, movement, forecast,etc.), developing methods and models to monitor the performance of internal/external suppliers, particularly to guarantee the success of important projects and the resolution of critical emergencies. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Installation Products Division within Electrification Business Area in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) You will be mainly accountable for: - Leading the short-term planning process, prioritizing requests and reporting critical events. - Evaluating the impact of plans on inventory levels and controlling weekly/monthly/annually initiatives. - Collaborating with product management and procurement to align sales/supply strategies. - Managing logistics operations with 3PL for both domestics and international flows. - Hosting weekly calls with production plants to understand and resolve their constraints. - Ensuring that bills of materials and fiscal movements are accurate. - Identifying inefficiencies and proposing feasible solutions to remove bottlenecks. - Leading supplier on-boarding, compliance and declaration with a clear vision of KPI. - Presenting the operation/supply scenarios and facilitating meetings to get consensus from managers.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- You have at least 3 years of experience of previous role as 3rd party logistics suppliers' management or Planner.
- You are familiar with data analysis in both synthesis and forecast domains.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of Power BI platforms is preferral.
- You have a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.
