Partner with the best As an Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Production Area of reference, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans, ensuring compliance with HSE, Quality, and Integrity standards.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE), promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority. Supporting talks organization on HSE issues, Quality, and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns). Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function. Collaborating with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity. Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation. Supporting operators' activities with expertise and facilitating technical discussion with UTOF and Engineering Department; support consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition. Supporting line performance KPIs guaranteeing line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…). Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering. Hold a HSE Training as "Preposto." Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written. Show high energy, self-motivation, and willingness to take on responsibilities across functions and team boundaries. Display strong oral and written communication skills. Be available to work on 3 shifts. Hold a EU work permit. Desired Characteristics Show interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others. Be fluent in English. Have excellent time management skills. Be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities. Show superior listening skills.
