Tasks linked to this role are :Reporting to EU & Africa Operations Manager and be point-of-contact for the day-to-day running of the operation.Working closely with EMEA Audit Delivery Scheme Manager to ensure that clients have a seamless experience and that audits are scheduled optimally.Champion excellent customer service and set the team up for success.Manage a number of direct reports (2-5 on level Coordinator 1) that could be based in another countryEstablish goals for your team members that are in line with the business objectives.Put in place a training and development plan for each team member and have regular one-on-ones to monitor progress and give constructive performance feedback.Work closely with HR on all recruitment and discipline matters.Manage leave schedules to ensure that the team is adequately staffed.Maintain financial control, by ensuring that customers are quoted and invoiced accurately, and that the monthly accrual is completed accurately too.Complete monthly revenue forecasts, and compare these against actual results for accuracy.Monitor progress using Power BI reports, net promoter score, and employee engagement survey, and act based on data. The success criteria of the role :1-2 year's experience in leading or managing a team3-5 years experience in general office administration, preferably in scheduling activities, invoicing and client relationships.
