Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia is currently recruiting an Operations Specialist for a client operating in the oil & gas industry based in Florence.
The job holder will use the processes and tools needed to build an engineering intelligence system capable of collecting data and transforming it into strategic information that allows the organization to make decisions.
He will be responsible for establishing an effective operating rhythm for the main indicators enabling the organization to achieve the business targets.
Responsibilities:Contribute to setting up the right business data analytics and tools to search, organize and deliver information to the organization.Define and monitor actions, demonstrating accountability and accuracy for the data elaborated.Support tracking, reporting, and driving actions to keep on target service engineering organization costs (billable and non-billable hours, yield, missing hours, overtime, Bullet Train, Contractually Due, and workload).Support data preparation, tracking, and reporting of external organization costs.Contribute to monitor KPIs, costs, and performance, distributing the main metrics and tactical indicators by effective operating rhythm.Contribute to create and maintain budget costs templates.Be responsible for proper communication and data exchange with Central Operation and Finance to build a fundamental set of data to enable a more rational resource allocation process and reduce functional costs.Requirements:Master's degree in Economic Science, Engineering Management, or Mathematics.Experience in an engineering operation position.Data analytics proficiency.Knowledge and understanding of principles, concepts, and terms central to business finance.Curiosity, initiative, and perseverance.Strong team working attitude.English fluency.An initial fixed-term contract of one year is offered (temporary agency worker).
