We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to join our team within Operations Service Line as Senior Consultant. You will play a key role in our Automotive industry, working directly with leading luxury Manufacturers Clients.
You will be based in our office in Turin, with a hybrid way of working.
What will you do?As Senior Consultant you will be part of an interdisciplinary team for our national and international customers taking the lead and responsibility in various projects, such as:
Development, implementation and optimization of innovative business and digitalization strategies;
Holistic project management from strategic analysis to operational implementation;
Full project streams' leadership as well as contributing to team members development;
Active development of the BearingPoint service portfolio;
Support of company-wide business development activities.
Whom are we looking for?You have successfully completed a Master's Degree (or an MBA) in Engineering or Economics field.
You have 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a consulting company.
You are interested in new technologies and trends.
You have a coaching ability, with desire to develop self and others, and a strong client focus both in delivery and offering
You have a keen eye for problem solving and an analytical mindset.
You are proficient in working with different and multinational people and culture.
You are able to communicate both in Italian and English at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus).
