**Description**
For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi we are looking for an Operations Quality Manager who will focus on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for our product and processes.
Our product portfolio is various and includes CT (current measurement transformers), VT (voltage measurement transformers), COMPASS and PASS (hybrid multifunctional modules, gas insulated but with air output via bushings). In the multifunctional modules are included different functions; CB (circuit breaker), DS (disconnector) and control and measurement of currents and voltages.
GIS are also produced in our factory, which are multifunctional modules completely insulated in gas.
The range of our product is from 72 kV to 800 Kv.
- Be responsible for the Operations Quality team, the development of daily operational support activities and other corporate functions for quality issue cases.
- Be responsible for the team's efficiency and continuous improvements including analysis, methods and reporting methodology.
- Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product.
- Ensure the proper implementation of the PFMEA process in Operations
- Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
- Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.
- Be responsible to conduct the root cause analysis of issues related to the production
- Participate to the internal and external audits as representative of the operation quality
- Be responsible to verify the implementation of the corrective actions

**Your background**:
- Is preferred a Master's degree and above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related area.
- 5+ years of working Experience.
- Structure thinking, collaboration, result oriented.
- Strong leadership and people management experience, be able to handle high work pressure and multi-task.
- Excellent ability to relate with different organizational level from blue collar to top management
- Be familiar with High Voltage products, L6S Green Belt or above is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
