Your Role We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Operation Project Leader to join our growing organization. This person should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms and architectures, technologies and work environments to join our Global Operation team in our HQ (Italy-Cesena). The resource, in staff with Operation Direction and together with a cross-functional team will take care of the management of New Strategic Project to extend and strengthen our international manufacturing footprint. The main tasks will be to manage the time scheduling of the project, the proper allocation of resources and competences, a general coordination of manufacturing lay-out activities including the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and processes.
The role will also look after the phase-in of new products according to the general planning of the new footprint. Together with the other business areas (R&D, T&M, QA, etc.) it will have the task of optimizing and monitoring the new production processes, production cycles and quality and technological standards that will be introduced. This role is an international role and requires willingness to travel and to stay abroad for short periods of time.
