What You'll Do: Help the OPCM Specialist in organizing Project activities within the Connectivity Operations departmentEnsure that information relevant to the team's activities and operational knowledge is distributed efficiently among the Connectivity Operations teamsParticipate in identifying optimizations of specific workflowsAssist OPCM Specialist in the management of daily operations within various departmentsHelp in planning and executing events and projectsParticipate actively in synthesizing current processes, helping in the identification of potential areas of improvementPropose and formalize, under OPCM Specialist supervision, requests for workflow enhancement in the ITSM toolWhat it Takes: Degree in Engineering and Management or similar backgroundDetail-oriented, capacity to work following pre-agreed processesVery good interpersonal communication, planning, and organizational skillsExperience with standard business software (e.g. Office suite), especially with Excel and PowerPointFluent in English language, written and oral skillsWhere You'll Be: Turin, Italy
