DutiesYou will coordinate the collection of monthly financial information through coordination of Product Line Commodity Managers and Analysts.You will prepare text, graphs, charts and management statistics to clearly, concisely and effectively express information contained in oral and written presentations comparing status against planned performance.You will identify trends in business process and staffing performance and provide consulting services to the four Public Works Product Lines.You will perform special business analysis assignments to develop complex business processes which integrate work flow, funding receipt, data entry and retrieval and personnel tracking.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. QualificationsGS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical expertise and program analysis support in multiple areas (i.e. resource requirements, financial execution, performance metrics, work flow processes, community management, etc.); 2) Developing and implementing policy for assigned programs; 3) Analyzing programs to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency and/or proposing solutions to identified problems; 4) Utilizing electronic databases (i.e. Business Management System, Total Workforce Management Services, Maximo, etc.) to identify trends in the workplace.
