As Production Planning Intern, working within the Supply Chain and Logistics Department, you will perform the operational planning (Master Production Schedule) of the defined factories at Finished Goods and Accessories level to ensure material availability for the end customer, as part of the global S&OP process.
The planning horizon is from the operational planning, respecting the defined frozen weeks, until the tactical planning, considering a 6 months time period.
Your mainresponsibilities & accountabilities will include:
Create Master Production schedule & Rough Cut Capacity Plan:
- Gather, analyze and validate data - Review resulting Production Plan - Summarize/aggregate forecastsReview Production plans:
- Present, solicit, and assess feedback on the various inputs - Recommend adjustments for operational Plan - Review production plan periodicallyAchieve consensus for operational plans by facilitating a collaborative process with sales & plant:
- Prepare SOP & PEDs to facilitate research and discussion in SOP & provide guidance to the organitazionProvide input to volume planning ( Latest Estimates / monthly process/weekly process):
