We are looking for Operation Manager in Liscate that reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities:
Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction;
Assuring highest care about People management;
Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);
Managing the change of mindset to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
Promoting the continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program;
Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;
Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;
What we need from you:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong leadership attitude and managing people.
