We are looking for Operation Manager inLiscatethat reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities: Supporting thesite manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction; Assuring highest care about People management; Managingoperationalstandards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s). Managingthe change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement. Monthlymonitoringthe operation's span of control and build a strategy Promotingthe continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program Leadingbyexample to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities incompliancewiththe customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities; What we need from you: Bachelor Degree in Engineering/EconomicsorMaster in Supply Chain; At least3years of experience as asimilar rolein Supply Chain/ManufacturingIndustry; Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills Strong leadershipattitude and managing people
