Your mission Responsibility for the efficient and smooth running of a clinic and practice facility in Italy Regularly coordinate with senior physicians to develop strategies to achieve our growth targets Ensure outstanding care quality and a positive patient experience through continuous process optimization and quality management measures Regularly produce comprehensive reports on site performance metrics, progress and challenges and communicate effectively w ith the Head of Operations Italy Identify and leverage business growth opportunities, including new facility development and acquisition support Establishing innovative treatment methods to position Sanoptis as a pioneer in ophthalmology in Italy Ability to relate and establish economic negotiations with supplier companies Why us?
