About the roleAt our Altopascio (Lucca) plant, we are seeking an Operations Line Leader.
The position includes managing 30 direct reports and overseeing the entire production setup from a 5M perspective in the production area, with direct reporting to the Operations Manager.
Our Altopascio facility, which specializes in producing our Tempo and Tork brands, has a workforce of approximately 300.
It houses a Tissue machine with a cogeneration unit and a converting department for folded products like Hankies and Napkins across 4 production lines.
This role is specifically within the converting department.
