Operations & Innovation Intern

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will support the ongoing efforts in the digitalization of the core transactional processes of BCG within BST (Corporate Functions) for EMC (East-Mediterranean and Caspian) geography.
You will develop and adopt an end-to-end approach and will cover various activities from design to roll-out, maintaining a constant relationship with both internal BST teams and external vendors, supporting the team in developing new local projects and roll-out best practices and digital tools across other EMC offices.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
- Providing Project Management support on new projects development (Digital or Operations-related): business case, functional analysis, development, and launch;
- Maintaining and analyzing data related to existing digital projects;
- Managing operational activities and analysis with an analytical and business critical approach;
- Supporting in preparing analysis and related reports and presentations for internal and external meetings with all-level stakeholders;
- _ Maintaining relationships with external vendors to fulfill internal requests on tools' changes/updates in a timely manner._
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Ongoing or completed educational path in Economics or Management Engineering;
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- Analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude;
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Attitude to work both independently and together with wider teams;
- Proactivity and enterpreneurial attitude;
- Ability and interest to adapt and manage different tasks across departments and topics.
