Job DescriptionPOSITION INFORMATIONDatalogic is looking for an Operations ICT Business Analyst to join our Corporate ICT Department in our HQ in Lippo di Calderara (BO).ROLE MISSIONReporting to the Operations ICT Business Partner, this role develops and supports application solutions in his/her area of responsibility in order to meet internal client requirements.
She/He may design, develop and/or re-engineer complex application components, and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPromoting the developments and improvements to the applications in her/his own knowledge/competence area, main responsibilities include as follows:Understand the business, goals, and challenges to suggest technical solutions & services.Perform detailed data gathering and analysis to formulate recommendations, contribute to define the ICT company future state, and develop strategic plans to achieve the internal client's specific process improvement objectives.Estimate the impacts of the initiatives (changes, upgrades, maintain) on company's applications, in order to involve all the necessary figures and estimate the problem at the correct level of detail.Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work with the internal customer and vendors to ensure proper translation of business requirements to ICT solution requirements.Orchestrate implementation of technical action items across SAP landscapes.Conduct analysis on processes and configure, develop and test tools in the specific area of competence.Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science or Management Engineering.Languages: Fluent English; written and verbal communication.Experience: SAP PP/QM - SAP MES and/or experience in Manufacturing Applications.OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLSITIL Standard.Manage system change, advise package solution, configuration & testing.Manage Performance/Capacity.Perform System Performance Tuning.Manage and perform Job Planning & Scheduling.Ability to involve the development team in the use of innovative technologies, dissemination of knowledge, motivation.Analysis and problem solving skills, accompanied by autonomy, flexibility, resourcefulness and teamworking, if you have a digital mindset and a strong orientation towards innovation.Good Communication.#J-18808-Ljbffr
