The Operations Head will be in charge of the management and the overall coordination of operations in the production sites, while ensure the business continuity and development.Will manage radiopharmaceutical products portfolio ensuring production in accordance with plans and meeting targets in terms of quantity, quality, timing and cost, operating within established high standards of compliance, cGMP, Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and good working practice.
About the Role Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate technical transfer needs, feasibility and ensure the coordination of the tech transfer.
Ensure production reports and KPIs are timely available.
Apply corporate strategy and coordinate implementation at national level.
Ensure production capacity and quality requirements for future growth.
Manage planning and execution of country CAPEX for production sites in accordance with global guidance
Drive growth initiatives at national level, expansion of sites or construction of new site
Contribute to the development of business plan with the collaboration of General Manger, TechOps corporate organization.
Evaluate and select the best technical and operations solutions with the collaboration of the Country Engineering Manager and TechOps global organization.
Develop the teams in terms of soft skills and technical competence (with consistent training programs) ensuring succession planning and right talent management.
Ensure high level of communication between the site managers, Country Engineering Manager, General Manager and Global functions.
Provide direction, formulate strategies and make decisions which ensure the efficient operation.
Ensure production sites have sufficient resources to ensure the safety and health of people, installations and environment.
Work location can be either Germany (Bonn, Munich) or Italy (Meldola, Pozzilli, Ivrea).
What you'll bring to the role:
+5 years of experience in a leadership role within the radiopharmaceutical industry;
