Operations Director - Kings League Italy

Main Responsibilities Plan the necessary operations and services needs according to the type of event.Prepare budgets and ensure their correct follow-up and compliance.Search for and negotiate with suppliers for the contracting of required services (e.g. transportation, security, etc).Hire, manage and coordinate the personnel (internal and external) that will participate in the execution of each event.Manage all event operations (prepare the venue, services, etc.) based on the guidelines and requirements of each case.Perform the necessary final checks to ensure that everything is ready for the start day of the event.Resolve with agility any incident during the execution of the event.Analyze the outcome/success of the event and propose actions to correct inefficiencies and/or improve future editions.Requirements Studies in Industrial Engineering or similar.Experience in operations events.Experience in project management.Experience in event organization and management.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with great attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Implement, follow through and document processes, plans, and ideas.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.Ability to work under tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to changing events in operating conditions.Strong leadership skills.Ability to create and maintain a cohesive and positive culture within the team.Leadership and influence.Team management and development.Communication, oral and written.Organization and planning.Collaboration and teamwork.Proactivity and flexibility.Resolute attitude to manage unforeseen events.
