Bring your wealth of experience to the table and lead with confidence!The salary range for this role will be between EUR 70.000 – EUR 100.000You'll be at the forefront of our global controlling efforts, reporting directly to the ABB E-Mobility Global Controlling lead and collaborating closely with other leaders in the controlling function.

As a vital member of our operation leadership team, you'll have a direct line of communication to the Global Operation Manager.
Your input will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring alignment between financial goals and operational strategies.Your Main Accountabilities Will BeStrategyPartner with Operation leadership team to define strategy business plan.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs (in line with overall E-mobility KPI/OKR approach) and use those to improve business performance.Financial planning analysisOrchestrate financial planning (long-term, annual), quarterly forecasting and target setting.
Run business and performance reviews.Provide guidance and oversight on capital expenditures, restructuring, acquisitions/divestitures, and other projects as required.Provide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities and ensure operational coordination.Performance and executionDrive financial performance improvement initiatives throughout business (cost reduction, asset management, capital efficiency, productivity, etc)Drives continuous improvements in efficiency and across area of responsibility.
Identifies and implements Finance Best Practices.Manage and closely monitor the cash flow taking actions to improve Net Working Capital.Financial reportingPerform monthly, quarterly annual reporting and closing in line with overall E-mobility standards, guidance, and objectives.Compliance, internal controls fiduciary dutiesAssure compliance with and enforcement of finance directives and instructions of ABB E-mobility, including Accounting and Reporting Guidelines.Ensure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.Oversee implementation of internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.Support internal and external audits.Risk managementAssure proper risk management procedures and controls.Support risk assessment of business decisions based on knowledge of local regulations, customers, markets, and overall interest of ABB E-mobility.LeadershipLead the finance team within Operation and facilitate active engagement and networking.
Ensure optimal collaboration with E-mobility finance community.Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is organized, staffed, skilled and directed.Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related degree from an accredited university or college.Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience in roles ranging from financial planning analysis, commercial finance, operations finance, general accounting, and controllership.Knowledgeable of factory controlling and related processes (operations, return material, customer support, logistic processes, etc.
