The company is reaching a level of investment and a speed of growth that requires an enhanced follow-up of its growing portfolio.
We are looking for an **Operations & Business Development Specialist**, who will be responsible for:
**Asset Management & Operations**
**Plants Management and Notification Duties**
- Plants remote monitoring (performance monitoring, video surveillance, etc )
- Support in interacting with Distributor (DSO) in order to solve any issue regarding measures and incentives
- Support in drafting reports for shareholder (monthly operational report, budget report, six-monthly meetings with shareholder, ecc )
- Support in the execution of statistical obligations (GSTAT Terna, Fuel Mix GSE, Arera surveys etc )
**Operations**
- Monitoring of activities performed by O&M (Operation & Maintenance) Contractors and other service providers; control of reports produced by such providers (monthly performance reports and intervention reports)
- Periodic inspections and check of photovoltaic plants status, including support (recording and data processing) to periodic thermographic checks performed by GC/MP (on site activity).
**Business Development**
**Inorganic Development - M&A**
- Support in managing communications with advisors and updating tableau de board
- Support in drafting non-binding and binding offers
- Support in business plans setting and drafting
**Organic Development - New Installations and Innovative Projects**
- Support in interactions with advisors (analysis of teasers/reports received from scouting advisors, requests for additional information, expediting)
- Market analysis
- Support in drafting reports and pptx presentations (for shareholder and stakeholders) on the various initiatives in progress.
Entrepreneurship, organizational and planning skill, teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity will complete the profile.
Fluency in English and proficiency in the main MSOffice tools (Excel) are basic requirements.
